Deployment options

Supersimple offers three hosting options:

Option	How it works
Shared Supersimple-managed cloud	Use a shared cloud environment hosted and operated by Supersimple.
Dedicated Supersimple-managed cloud	Use a dedicated, single-tenant cloud environment hosted and operated by Supersimple.
Deployment in your own cloud	Run Supersimple in your organization's own cloud account.

Supersimple-managed hosting is recommended. Deployment in your own cloud requires more setup and ongoing maintenance.

Self-hosted search index

You can host the Elasticsearch search index in your own cloud while Supersimple manages the rest of the platform. This keeps indexed content from connected sources stored in your infrastructure.

Hosting geography

Supersimple hosts in Europe by default. Other countries or regions are available to meet your data residency requirements.

You can use Supersimple-managed AI or BYOK. Specify any required AI processing location separately from the application hosting region.

• Cloud provider and target environment, if hosting the platform or search index in your own cloud
• Network requirements, including private connectivity to databases, integrations, or MCP servers and restrictions on outbound access
